So much in 4 months

Well, well well... Hello Folks! Miss me?! Actually, I'm wondering if anyone visits this blog anymore. Haha... So much has happened during my blog's hibernation. And I don't really know where to start. Lets start with world news then slowly back to the life of a normal civilian, Me. How about that?

Its the Solar Eclipse today. As I watched the sun slowly devouring the yolk and how so many people across different countries flew all the way to China just to see this brief but major moment, its a wonder how nature works and how it can bring people together. I wonder how it feels driving to work one morning with light slowly fading out, then... total darkness. Must be kinda cool. But all I got today was a cloudy wet morning. Oh well, at least I got to see the eclipse 'Live' on TV today! Try to feel the special moment from far far away as much as I can. Thanks to Ch U! Haha... Nope. I am not advertising.

Before this, there were riots in Xin Jiang that killed many innocent people. Another bombing tragedy just last week in Jakarta that killed MORE people. It seems like people are so sick now that they just enjoy killing one another. They like to blow themselves and others up. Why people these days like blow jobs so much huh? Its just like kids trying to create havoc so that they can catch the attention they need. I really despise such actions. Do whatever, but why involve the innocent?

Another depressing news hit the world when Michael Jackson is pronounced dead. I got the msg in the car from my sis on my way to work. I found it unbelivable and was in shock for some time. The King of POP has left us. How could it be? We won't get to see smooth and sleek dances no more. Nope. No one can be better than MJ. I rememeber I use to listen to his music since i was 4. I recall playing "Thriller" on the tape player feeling scared. But once the music ends, I would rewind the tape and play it all over again. MJ is a genius, not only in dancing but also in producing wonderful music. His music comprises of all genres and so many stories. He reminded us its ok to be BAD sometimes, that there's a SMOOTH CRIMINAL out there somewhere, SCREAM out our frustrations if need be but not forgetting to HEAL THE WORLD when we can. He sang I'LL BE THERE so that we know that whenver we need someone, WE're NOT ALONE, he made us take a good look at one's CHILDHOOD before passing any judgement. MJ has shown us he is indeed the KING. He brought the world together with his music and finally his death. How many has such effect on the world. None other came to my mind. It is rather sad to see the on-going buzz focusing on how screwed up MJ's life was. His debts, his drug abuse, his sexual accusations and the fight to the custody of his children. MJ's death has sadly turned into a circus show. How can the King rest in peace? The curiosity of human is indeed a lethal weapon.

From the KING, we'll move to a Stunt monk. Wow. This is a very "modern" monk indeed. He claims, as a monk in the modern world, he should catch up with the pace of the modern people. So, he lives in an expensive condominium, he drives big cars, he swipe cards like wipe butt with toilet papers, he has properties worth millions all over the world, he is the member of a high social club, he owns horse as a pet, he travels around the world, he stays in 6 star hotels, he uses branded bags, he wears matchsticks watches, he dives and he goes for fake tan!!! You are so formaidable leh, really is "Jing Shui Nen You, Chu Shui Nen Zou" (In water can swim not forgetting dive, on land can walk, actually in sky also can fly, fly until very comfortable somemore. Your seat can stretch, got movies to watch and got games to play one leh). Amazing.... Now now, Stunt Monk, you are making me feel like a caveman already. I had no idea being modern means all the above. You even have a boy toy! I really have to salute you. You more "li hai" than the "organ" man, you make "organ" man's case like a 'pi sai' nia . Its that simple to you isn't it? The cavemen's cash very nice to use hor. You not only thoroughly rip the trust of the people in pieces, crush the hopes of people in need, you also put your religion to shame. Greed, another leathal weapon. Should I add lust too? "She ji shi kong, kong ji shi she"? A mi tuo fo.....

As for me, I went through 5 weddings (just 2 more to go), am in the same work battlefield, moved to farrer park, needs to get use to the new environment (if you know what I mean), still trying to squeeze all my clothes into the teeny wardrobe, got my weeny bonus, played multiple mahjong sessions, watched a dozen movie (I still want to say Harry Potter sucks BIG time, I mean really BIG), still want to slap the fungus (very very much), still in love with my job although I have cursed and sweared umpteen times, life is good but not fantastic, still complains alot, eagerly waiting for the arrival of my godson and YES! I am still single.

And NO! I do not know why Fiona Xie is missing and why she gave up that "big" role. Of course I won't tell you where she is now. Give the girl a break would ya.

By the way...

Welcome Back to Seeker's Corner!
